Conditions of participation
Inyova AG (Inyova AG, Limmatstrasse 123, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland) runs promotions so that customers can benefit from an exclusive offer on Inyova. Although each promotion has additional conditions that can be found in the relevant communication (advertisement, email, website, etc.), the details below apply generally to all promotions.
1. What is a promotion
If you invest with Inyova, following the steps described below, you can receive benefits which can range from zero fees for a certain period of time, to deposit into your Inyova account, or to a gift in any other form.
2. How to benefit from a promotion
- You must be of full age to participate in the promotion.
- Enter the code you received in your Inyova dashboard under “Promotions” (if you have not started investing yet) or “share your impact” (if you are already invested).
- Fulfil the conditions of the specific promotion. You can find the specific conditions in our relevant communication (email, website, etc.). As an example, some promotions only apply to new customers. Therefore, the promotion code has to be entered before the initial investment.
- Fund your account with the minimum investment amount before the deadline specified. Note: some promotions require a specific minimum investment, which is described in the marketing communications. If the promotion is linked to referring friends, your friends must also fund their account by the deadline specified.
Important: A promotion code can not be used in combination with another promotion code. Once you enter a promotion code, you cannot enter another one. This does not apply to referral codes. This means that referral codes can be combined: you can share your referral code up to 10 times and receive the benefits when your friends invest.
To receive the benefit of a promotion, you need to be an Inyova customer. This means that you must have deposited the minimum amount in your Inyova account. If you open a savings plan, you can only benefit from the promotion once your Inyova account contains the minimum amount for an investment to be active. For example, if you open an Inyova account and deposit CHF 20, you are not eligible for the promotion benefits.
3. Types of promotions
Inyova runs promotions of various kinds from time to time. The individual types of promotions are described in more detail below:
These promotions are aimed exclusively at new customers. When signing a new contract, the new customer can enter a promotion code and will then receive a credit in the amount specified in the promotion into his or her securities account. The amount is paid out in 12 partial amounts over a period of 12 months, provided that the securities account is maintained and funded for at least 12 months. This promotion is only valid once per customer.
Free months promotions
These promotions are aimed exclusively for new customers only. When signing a new contract, the new customer can enter a promotion code for free account management for the given time period. This can for example be 3, 6, 9 or 12 months at a maximum. This promotion is only valid once per customer.
When a friend of yours creates an account with Inyova, they need to enter your personal referral code in their Inyova Dashboard under “Promotions''. The link of the personal referral code can be found in your dashboard under “Share your impact”. Your friends need to enter the referral code before transferring money to the account.
To be able to refer someone and so that your friend benefits from the promotion, you need to be an Inyova invested customer and have transferred at least CHF 2’000 to your own securities account.
Your friend will have to be an invested customer before the end of the promotion time published on each special promotion and have also transferred at least CHF 2’000 to their Inyova account.
This promotion only applies to new Inyova customers. If your friend is already an Inyova customer, you will not be able to benefit from this promotion, and they will not be able to enter the code. New customers can only be persons of full age who are not yet registered users of Inyova and who have their domicile or permanent residence in Switzerland.
This promotion can be used up to 10 times. However, it cannot be combined with any other promotion or promotion code.
The amount is paid out in 12 partial amounts over a period of 12 months, provided that the securities account is maintained and funded for at least 12 months. The Inyova fee is still deducted from the customer’s investment account each month. It is refunded in full in the following month.
For eligible Friends and Advocates, the Rewards will be paid directly into their personal investment accounts at Inyova’s partner bank.
The maximum Reward any customer is eligible for is the amount they paid in Inyova fees that year. It is not possible to earn a Reward that is larger than the Inyova fee paid.
For every Friend who creates a free investment strategy using a referral code, Inyova will make a donation to One Tree Planted. This donation represents approximately the amount of money that it takes to plant two trees, at One Tree Planted’s reforestation project in Kenya’s Kijabe Forest. After signing up for a free strategy, there is no obligation for a person to invest their money with Inyova. The trees will still be planted.
3 a Definitions
Inyova: ‘Inyova’ is a brand of Inyova AG and Inyova Impact Investing GmbH
The Advocate: is a person who is an Inyova customer (money invested) or someone who has signed up for a free investing strategy.
The Friend: a person who is told about Inyova by an Advocate. They must not have previously signed up for Inyova using the free investment strategy tool.
The Reward: Friends and Advocates earn discounts on the asset management fee they pay to Inyova.
Inyova occasionally offers online competitions and prize draws. The conditions of participation and details of these competitions/raffles will be made available at the time of the competitions/ prices opening.
All entries will be decided by random draw. Only one prize is possible per participant. Cash payment or transferability of the prize to other persons is excluded.
The winners will be notified by Inyova in writing and/or via email. If a winner does not confirm the prize to Inyova in writing by email within 14 days of notification, the claim to the prize will lapse and a replacement winner will be drawn in accordance with the same procedure. The winner will again be expressly informed of this requirement in the prize notification. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the address given.

Inyova promotions are voluntary offers. By offering our customers to participate in a promotion, we do not enter into any legal obligation. We reserve the right to terminate promotions at any time. Legal recourse is excluded in the event of disputes in connection with promotions.
By participating in a promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions. Furthermore, you agree that we may use your email/telephone number for promotional purposes of Inyova. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
8. More information
In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, Inyova reserves the right to exclude persons from participating in the promotion and not to pay out any prize or to subsequently refuse and reclaim it. This also applies in particular, but not exclusively, in the event of attempted manipulation of the competition, untrue information, in particular about one's own person, the violation of legal provisions or the rights of third parties. Inyova shall not be liable for any damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment or other technical services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, computer viruses or in any other way during participation in the promotion, unless such damage is caused by Inyova (its bodies, employees or vicarious agents) intentionally or through gross negligence or through the violation of cardinal obligations. Liability for damages due to culpable injury to life, body and health remains unaffected.
It is not permitted to announce the provided referral code to unknown or undefined groups of persons (e.g. by publishing it in internet forums, voucher platforms, etc.) or to use it in the context of affiliate or comparable activities. In case of violations, Inyova reserves the right to exclude the respective advertiser from the rewards program and/or to reclaim rewards.
Legal recourse through the courts is excluded for any disputes about promotions.
This offer is only valid in Switzerland. Swiss law applies.
Please note the following information:
Referral messages within the “Inyova for Friends”-promotion, have promotional content. Recipients may feel harassed by the sending of such messages. You must therefore ensure before sending that recipients have previously given their consent to receive such messages and that you can prove this. If recipients have not given their consent, no referral messages must be sent as part of the “Inyova for Friends”-promotion. If a message is sent without prior consent, recipients can take legal action against the sending. Sending referral messages without the prior consent of the recipient will result in exclusion from the reward eligibility according to the terms and conditions of the “Inyova for Friends”-promotion.
