Conditions of participation
Inyova Impact Investing GmbH (Inyova GmbH, Taunusanlage 8, 60329 Frankfurt, Germany) and Yova AG (Yova AG, Limmatstrasse 123, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland) (both known as Inyova) run promotions so that customers can benefit from an exclusive offer on Inyova. Although each promotion has additional conditions that can be found in the relevant communication (advertisement, email, website, etc.), the details below apply generally to all promotions.
1. What is a promotion
If you invest with Inyova, following the steps described below, you can receive benefits which can range from zero fees for a certain period of time, to deposit into your Inyova account, or to a gift in any other form.
2. How to benefit from a promotion
- Enter the code you received in your Inyova dashboard under “Promotions” (if you have not started investing yet) or “share your impact” (if you are already invested).
- Fulfil the conditions of the specific promotion. You can find the specific conditions in our relevant communication (email, website, etc.). As an example, some promotions only apply to new customers. Therefore, the promotion code has to be entered before the initial investment.
- Fund your account with the minimum investment amount before the deadline specified. Note: some promotions require a specific minimum investment, which is described in the marketing communications. If the promotion is linked to referring friends, your friends must also fund their account by the deadline specified.
Important: A promotion code can not be used in combination with another promotion code. Once you enter a promotion code, you cannot enter another one. This does not apply to referral codes. This means that referral codes can be combined: you can share your referral code many times and receive the benefits when your friends invest. You can also combine a referral code with a promotion code.
To receive the benefit of a promotion, you need to be an Inyova customer. This means that you must have deposited the minimum amount in your Inyova account. If you open a savings plan, you can only benefit from the promotion once your Inyova account contains the minimum amount for an investment to be active. For example, if you open an Inyova account and deposit CHF 20 or EUR 20, you are not eligible for the promotion benefits.

4. Sweepstakes
Inyova occasionally offers online competitions and prize draws. The conditions of participation and details of these competitions/raffles can be found here.
All entries will be decided by random draw. Only one prize is possible per participant. Cash payment or transferability of the prize to other persons is excluded.
The winners will be notified by Inyova in writing and/or via email. If a winner does not confirm the prize to Inyova in writing by email within 14 days of notification, the claim to the prize will lapse and a replacement winner will be drawn in accordance with the same procedure. The winner will again be expressly informed of this requirement in the prize notification. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the address given.

6. General
Promotions are a voluntary offer based on goodwill. We do not enter a legal agreement by offering customers participation in a promotion.
We reserve the right to end promotions at any time.
Legal recourse through the courts is excluded for any disputes about promotions.
7. Consent
By participating in a promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions. Furthermore, you agree that we may use your email/telephone number for promotional purposes of Inyova. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
8. More information
In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, Inyova reserves the right to exclude persons from participating in the promotion and not to pay out any prize or to subsequently refuse and reclaim it. This also applies in particular, but not exclusively, in the event of attempted manipulation of the competition, untrue information, in particular about one's own person, the violation of legal provisions or the rights of third parties. Inyova shall not be liable for any damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment or other technical services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, computer viruses or in any other way during participation in the promotion, unless such damage is caused by Inyova (its bodies, employees or vicarious agents) intentionally or through gross negligence or through the violation of cardinal obligations. Liability for damages due to culpable injury to life, body and health remains unaffected.
Please note the following information:
Referral messages within the “Inyova for Friends”-promotion, have promotional content. Recipients may feel harassed by the sending of such messages. You must therefore ensure before sending that recipients have previously given their consent to receive such messages and that you can prove this. If recipients have not given their consent, no referral messages must be sent as part of the “Inyova for Friends”-promotion. If a message is sent without prior consent, recipients can take legal action against the sending. Sending referral messages without the prior consent of the recipient will result in exclusion from the reward eligibility according to the terms and conditions of the “Inyova for Friends”-promotion.
