If you would like to withdraw a part or all of your investment, you can do so directly from your Inyova dashboard or the Inyova app.
1. Inyova dashboard: once you are logged in, click on the top tab "Fund / withdraw" and then on "Withdrawal". Select between the two options "Withdrawal" or "Liquidation" and follow the instructions.
2. Inyova app: once you are logged in, click on the bottom tab "Profile" and then "Withdraw money". Select between the two options "Withdrawal" or "Liquidation" and follow the instructions.
You will get an automated E-Mail confirmation that your request was received by us.
We will initiate your request and send you a withdrawal confirmation within the next 48h. We will liquidate your requested funds on our next trading day (usually every second Tuesday). After the obligatory 2-day settlement period of our partner bank, we will transfer your requested amount to your reference account. If you selected to close your account completely, the payout may be delayed by a few days, due to closing entries.
Usually, you will receive the Inyova transfer to your reference account within 14 working days.
Unlimited withdrawals are included in your Inyova fee and do not cause extra costs.
Please note that withdrawals weaken the compound interest effect and thus your expected return.
