If your video call is not working, here are some things to look out for:
- The verification always works best if you are using the IDnow Online Ident App. Be sure to download the latest iOS / Android version of the app.
- If you do use a computer, make sure to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- If you are using a company laptop, check whether security settings might be blocking the call.
